For multi-location operators

One dashboard for every register you own.

Most tools only read the POS they were built for. DataHelm reads yours where it keeps its data — the local database, or a cloud API — so your whole estate finally adds up in one place.

Works with

SquareLegacy on-prem POS databases+ POS with no public API

Square is our only branded connector, and its validation against a live Square account is still pending. Everything else is read by the generic on-prem agent straight from the POS database — PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server — not a per-brand integration.

Why DataHelm

One honest picture of a messy estate.

01

Connects to the POS you already run

Cloud or on-prem, one brand or six — including legacy systems with no public API, read straight from their database.

02

One view of every location

Each POS is mapped into a single shared model, so your whole estate adds up in one place.

03

Continuously synced, not batched

Continuous change capture, not an overnight batch — with source and last-synced time on every chart.

04

Your data stays yours

Export any table to CSV or JSON anytime — during your plan and after it.

05

AI sets it up, you approve it

DataHelm proposes how to read an unfamiliar POS, with confidence scores. An admin approves before it goes live.

06

Numbers you can trust

Full-precision money, partial days labeled, and failed events routed to a dead-letter queue instead of disappearing.

From your registers to one dashboard, in three moves.

See how it works →

Step 1

Connect

A lightweight, read-only agent installs next to each location's POS — a local database or a cloud API.

Step 2

Map & approve

AI proposes how to translate each POS into one shared model. You review and approve — nothing goes live on its own.

Step 3

See everything

Transactions stream in continuously and land in one dashboard — per location, with source and freshness shown.

Trust by design

It processes your data. It never owns it — only de-identified aggregates leave, with consent.

Security and honesty are release requirements here, not polish — and any aggregate reaches a third party only through a platform control that is closed by default.

Read-only, on-prem agent

It reads; it never writes back. Customer names are hashed before they leave your network.

Encrypted in transit

TLS agent-to-gateway with optional mTLS, short-lived tokens, role-based access by location.

Nothing gets lost

Offline agents queue locally and replay on reconnect; failed events land in a dead-letter queue.

Audit log

Every account, business, and agent change is recorded with who, when, and what.
